Let's confirm a few more of the activities that will take place over the course of the day, including any other ideas that we have and can implement in time..
Best Dressed Cars - There will be an award for the cars best dressed up for Christmas, whether it be some lights, a red nose, a Sandta beard - get inventive and have a little fun! Just make sure of course that the additions are safe (i.e. not blocking vision or major distraction to other drivers).
Manakin Challenge - We'll be doing an Autograss Manakin Challenge just before racing starts. This will take place in the half of the pits closest to the holding bays and the holding bays. To be a part of this, all you need to do is park in that part of the pits!
Beer Run - This has gone down well when previously done by Trent, pay for a number on the day and the winners (yes, more than one prize!) will be drawn in the interval.
Kids Santa Run - Something else to make sure we keep it as a festive family day out, we'll have an interval from Autograss racing and turn instead to kids racing .. we'd like as many kids under 12 to take part and we'd like to see as many as possible dresssed up as Santa. Prizes for all Children who take part.
Tasty Visitors - Mice Pieces and various other treats will be available around the site so the we can celebtrate the festive period with you.
Racing - There will be a minimum of two heats and finals with a Champion of Champions to elect the overall Champion of Champions of the Christmas Pudding Meeting. Awards will be available for all Classes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd .. we're not doing trophies because that's too mainstream and not very festive so Christmas prixes are what you can look forward to with this one!
The prices for this meeting differ from any other normal Trent Race Meeting. This is due to the increased cost of suppliers in order for us to run on a Bank Holiday at Christmas. Note however that we have decreased the cost for spectators so you can spend more time with your families during the festive period.

Note: This will be deducted off your gate fee upon entry to the meeting.
Cancellation: If the meeting is cancelled, all those who have paid for pre entry will be refunded in full.
None Attendance: If the meeting goes ahead but you do not attend, no refund will be given.

Tagging: Note that your car does NOT need to be tagged for this meeting. This is the last meeting you will be able to race an untagged Autograss vehicle.
Tagging: NASA will be in attendance for tagging purposes.
Pre Entry: Payment is required to secure your place at this meeting, this is in order for us to gauge requirements i.e toilets etc. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN FULL TO ALL IF THE MEETING IS CANCELLED.
